Here's where you specify the type of check, quantity, type
style and other options.
Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground. If you need a more expedient
method,
add $10 rush charge to your order on the 'PAYMENT' part of the order
form.
In the 'SHIPPING & HANDLING' box type in your preferred method of shipment.
We will
contact you to verify that you wish to use a different shipping
method, and inform
you as to the cost.
Please be sure to include your
daytime telephone, fax and email address on the order form.
This is only for our use in case we have a question concerning your order.
We do
not sell your information. Your privacy is our top priority.
Once you have completed the order form online
simply print it. All the information you
entered will be printed in the respective section.
Supply a voided check from your current
supply
We need a voided check to get the bank coding. If you do
not have a check
because this is a new account, you can send in a 'starter check' you received
when
you opened the account, or you can request a MICR Specification Sheet from your
bank.
Indicate the information you want to print on the check.
Provide payment
information
We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and
Visa.
Credit Card
information
can be entered along
with the rest of your information on the order form.
If you do not wish to pay with credit, we also accept checks.
If you
are
paying with a check please mention so on your order form.
Orders will be
processed
when payment is received.
You may now authorize us
to write a check on your order. Please
fill out the Bank Authorization Statement and fax it
to us for
every account you wish to order for.

Where do you send your order once you've completed and
printed the order form?
Our mailing address is on the order form. If you are faxing the order please use
the
fine setting on your fax machine so we can read the fine print on your sample
check.
