How do I place an order?
It's very easy to place an order.  Simply select the type of cartridge
you are looking for. When the new page appears you will find a table
containing the current cartridges available. The cartridges are separated
by the brand of printer with which it is compatible . Once you find the cartridge
you are looking for, type the number of cartridges you need into the
'Quantity' box then click 'Add To Cart'. If you need more cartridges
click the 'Continue Shopping' link and begin from the top. If you are
finished shopping continue as prompted in the shopping cart.

Do you accept orders over the phone?
Yes. Please have the product information and your credit card available.

Do you accept orders by fax?
Yes. You can order any of our products by fax.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes. Call, fax, or email for rates.

How long does it take to get my cartridges?
We generally process and ship orders within three (3) business days from the time we 
receive them. Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground. Optionally, you can select 
a premium shipping method for faster delivery time.  Allowing time for mail delivery, most 
customers receive their cartridges within a week. If your order exceeds $200 before any tax 
you will receive free shipping within the contiguous United States. If you are ordering from 
Hawaii or Alaska please contact us concerning shipping cost.

What types of cartridges are offered?
Currently we offer remanufactured LLD, OEM Drum and MICR cartridges for
Cannon, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, Dell, Brother, Ricoh, Panasonic, Pitney Bowes, 
Epson, Xerox, Sharp, Samsung and IBM.

Do you sell compatible supplies?
Yes. We sell personalized and blank check stock, deposit tickets for QuickBooks, 
Peachtree and Microsoft, as well as double window envelopes for all checks. Check our
