How Do I Place An
Order?
It's very easy to place an order. Simply fill out an
order form and include a
voided check from your current supply or your bank's MICR specification
sheet for your account.
If using email, please attach the PDF order form and
a scanned image of a sample check and send to
sales@affordablechecks.com.
(Please include credit card info on order form or attach a PDF of the
Bank Authorization form.)
If using standard mail, attach your payment check and send
to
PO Box 190, Williamstown, KY 41097.
If faxing, please include a cover sheet, the
completed order form with payment information included (credit card
info, or include a Bank Authorization form) and fax to (859) 824-3731.
Do I Need To Attach A Voided
Check?
Yes, if available, we need to use the bank coding on
a voided check from
your current supply. A deposit ticket really can't be used because some
banks use different coding on the deposit tickets. If a voided check is
not
available we can use your bank's MICR specification sheet.
What If I Don't
Have A Voided Check, Or I Want Checks For A New Account?
If you have "starter checks" from the bank, we can
use them for the bank coding. Just print your name, address, etc. that you want to see imprinted on
the new checks, and we will use that information for the name/address block on the
check. Alternatively, you can ask your bank for a MICR encoding specification sheet for
your account. We can get all required bank information from this form.
Do You Accept Orders Over
The
Phone?
We accept phone orders for blank check stock and
envelopes.
We only accept phone orders for personalized products if it is a reorder.
Do You Accept Orders
By
Fax?
Yes. You can order any of our products by fax.
Do You Ship To Alaska Or Hawaii?
Yes. The shipping will be by UPS two-day, next-day
air, or priority mail.

If I Want To Place
Two
Orders For
400 Each, Can I Use The 800 Quantity Price?
No. Prices are per checking account. If you place 2
check orders for 400 each,
send two order forms with the payment for 2 orders.
How Long Does It Take To Print
Checks? When Will I Get My Checks?
We generally print your order within three (3)
business days from the time we
receive approval for printing. If we have to call you with questions,
that will delay the processing time. Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground.
Optionally, you can select a premium shipping method for faster delivery time.
Allowing time
for mail delivery, most customers receive their checks within a week to
ten days.

Checks Do
You Print?
We print business size laser and inkjet style
computer checks for popular PC accounting software packages, such as Quicken, QuickBooks, Peachtree,
etc. See the FORMATS link for a complete listing of software compatibility.
Our checks are to be used in a laser or inkjet printer compatible with
your PC software program.
Do You Offer 3-To-A-Page Checks?
Yes. We currently offer 3-TO-A-PAGE checks. The
checks come three to
a page and are compatible only with QuickBooks. However, they are not
wallet sized checks. They are the same size and quality as the other
computer
checks we offer, but they are not voucher checks.
Do You Offer Wallet Size/Style
Checks?
Yes. They are compatible with QuickBooks or similar
setups. They are printed 3-To-A-Page and are design for laser or inkjet
printers..
Do You Print Continuous Form
Checks
For Dot Matrix Printers?
(PIN FEED CHECKS)
No. We do not print continuous form (pin feed)
checks. All of our checks are single sheet checks.
Do You Print Duplicate
Checks?
(CARBONLESS OR TWO-PART)
No. Our checks were designed to go through a laser or
inkjet printer. These
printers are not capable of printing on carbon or carbonless paper.
However,
if you order the one-check-per-page format, there is a tear-off voucher
(stub)
which can be used as your record, as well as a second stub which can be
sent
to the payee as their record of paid invoices.
What Colors Are Available?
The top and middle voucher checks can be ordered in
BLUE, BURGUNDY or GREEN.
Our 3-TO-A-PAGE checks are available only in BLUE.
Do You Print Logos On The
Checks?
Yes, call for information.
Do You Print Checks
In
Reverse
Sequence?
Yes. You must check the box on the order form.
Do You Print Checks With
Two Signature
Lines?
Yes. Simply check the box on the order form.
Do You Supply Checks For Software
Not Listed On The Order Form?
Yes. They must require a top, center or bottom check that
utilizes a universal stub. Call for
compatibility and ordering instructions. If you have proprietary
software we can setup your order at no charge.
Is There An Additional Charge
For Checks Not Listed?
Generally no, but call for information.
Do You Sell Compatible Supplies?
Yes. We sell computer deposit tickets for QuickBooks
and
Peachtree, as well as double window envelopes for all checks.
If you prefer manual deposit tickets, we can fill your order with single,
duplicate or triplicate in carbonless or with carbon sheets (check our products
